The Stanton Athletics Booster Club (SABC) is a nonprofit organization of parents, grandparents, coaches, student-athletes and community members, committed to providing support and assistance for the benefit of ALL athletic programs of Stanton College Preparatory School (Stanton).

Goals and Vision

Our goal is to promote excellence in Stanton’s interscholastic athletics and to ensure that the athletic program prospers through volunteer time of parents, alumni, or other supporters, so that ALL student-athletes have the opportunity to experience the benefits of organized high school athletic programs. There is an old saying that is still true today: “A healthy mind in a healthy body.”

 

The SABC proudly supports student-athletes by:

 

·   Collecting membership fees to support ALL athletic programs;

·    Raising funds to supplement district allotments to improve indoor/outdoor facilities, equipment, supplies and team needs.

·    Supplying the concession stand

·    Selling apparel to boost school and team spirit and;

·     Recognizing team and individual achievements with sports banquets and college signing events.

 

We have sponsorship opportunities and memberships, including season ticket options that are probably the easiest ways to contribute.

 

The booster club uses funds to assist in many ways, but will also award two student-athletes with a $500 scholarship. Entries from junior students will be taken early in the calendar year.

 

The booster club board meets monthly in meetings open to anyone who wishes to attend.
